Somer Easterwood brings old-school toughness and utility to Western Illinois
Somer Easterwood’s profile is tricky because the available public record is sparse and the name appears in older Western Illinois athletics archives rather than current women’s basketball coverage, so there isn’t enough verified recent stat data to judge current form. What does stand out is a multi-sport Western Illinois background and a history of being trusted in competitive moments, which suggests steadiness, versatility, and a team-first edge rather than flash. If you’re looking for a player who fits a role, competes hard, and can help stabilize a roster, that’s the lane here.
