Liberty Flames' Under-the-Radar Redshirt Soph Kicker from 2022
Jason Stricker, a redshirt sophomore kicker/punter for the Liberty Flames in 2022, showed early promise with a 50.0% extra point success rate (1/2) and 2 total points in limited action per ESPN stats, but lacks standout field goal range (0.0% FG, 0 yards longest). A Marvin Ridge High (NC) product with offers from Power 4 like Maryland, his military academy interest highlights disciplined intangibles and leg strength ideal for special teams reliability. No recent 2023-2025 stats or updates suggest he may have stepped away—perfect low-risk depth for teams needing a developmental specialist with upside, but verify current status.
