Sam Houston's Steady Senior Scoring Guard
Alyssa Osborne, Sam Houston Bearkats guard, averaged 8.1 points and 2.1 rebounds per game in the 2020-21 season as a senior, delivering double-digit scoring in 10 games including a sharp 20-point, 7-for-13 outburst against Conroe that showcased her mid-range efficiency and clutch playmaking. Her consistent scoring punch and rebounding grit make her a reliable backcourt differentiator for teams needing intensity without flash—perfect fit for programs valuing tough, battle-tested guards over high-volume stars, though recent ESPN stats show modest 1.4 PPG output signaling a potential role player transition.
