TCU Guard Michael Thompson: a physical, high-upside trench piece to watch
Michael Thompson is a TCU offensive lineman whose appeal is built on power, size, and the kind of nastiness coaches love in the interior. Publicly available sources are thin on detailed recent stat production for an offensive guard, but his value is about traits: he’s a downhill, physical blocker who can help stabilize the run game and hold up inside against power fronts. For a team looking for toughness, line depth, and a player with developmental upside rather than flashy box-score numbers, Thompson is the type who earns his keep in the trenches.
