Abigail Dowell brings proven strike-throwing experience and late-inning value to Tarleton State
Dowell is a left-handed pitcher who adds battle-tested depth to Tarleton State after two seasons at Boise State, where she logged 65 appearances, 20 starts, 9 wins, and 4 saves while earning Mountain West Freshman of the Year honors in 2024. Her value goes beyond raw numbers: she has already handled high-leverage relief work, shown durability, and given Tarleton a versatile arm who can start or finish games. If your team wants a competitive, experienced pitcher with a track record of taking big outs and thriving in pressure spots, she is a strong fit.
