J.P. Greco is a depth defensive back with intriguing upside after an injury-ruined 2025
J.P. Greco enters 2026 as a San Jose State defensive back who missed the 2025 season due to injury after appearing in one game as a freshman in 2024, when he logged one tackle against Nevada; his calling card is multi-sport-recruited versatility, solid prep pedigree as a three-star DB, and proven playmaking flashes, including a three-interception game in high school. He looks like a developmental fit for teams that value physical, homegrown defensive backs with room to grow, though the key question is health and whether he can turn that early promise into consistent college production.
