Xavier’s run-producing, extra-base hit machine
Burdette is a legit middle-of-the-order bat for Xavier, and in the 2026 season he led the Musketeers in batting average (.343), RBIs (45), and runs scored (43) while ranking near the top of the Big East in slugging and extra-base hits. He also earned First Team All-Big East and ABCA/Rawlings All-East Region Second Team honors, and the biggest context item is this: he battled early-season injury, then came back hot and kept pounding the zone with impact contact. If your team wants a power-and-production outfielder with a proven competitive edge, he fits.
