Versatile Temple-Style DB with Freshman Upside
Maurice Jones projects as a **developmental defensive back** with the kind of value coaches like: quick, undersized, and versatile enough to bring energy in coverage and on special teams. Publicly available roster data on Jones is limited, so the clearest read is that his profile is still about upside rather than proven production, which makes him more of a fit for a program willing to coach traits into impact. If you want a DB who can compete with urgency and grow into a role, he’s a name worth monitoring.
