versatile Western Illinois DB with developmental upside
Ryan Davis is a Western Illinois defensive back whose value lies in his versatility, defensive instincts, and ability to fit into multiple coverage roles rather than in flashy box-score production. Reliable public stat lines and scouting-style details are limited, so the clearest takeaway is that he profiles as a depth-to-impact piece for a team that values football IQ, discipline, and positional flexibility. If your staff wants a DB who can compete, adapt, and contribute in sub-packages or special teams, he’s the kind of player worth a closer look.
