UCF's Undersized DB Spark from the 2014-15 Era
Brendin Straubel, a gritty 5-9, 190-lb defensive back for the UCF Knights, tallied 13 solo tackles, 1 INT, and 1 FF in his career (2013-15 seasons per ESPN), showcasing ball-hawking instincts despite his compact frame. A Tampa native and redshirt junior in 2014, his high-motor play and tackling tenacity made him a reliable special teams contributor and depth piece in UCF's secondary—perfect for teams seeking feisty, undersized DBs with proven college tape who bring intensity without needing starter snaps.
