Jacob Willcox brings local-rooted size and redshirt experience to New Mexico’s receiver room
Willcox is a **5-foot-11, 189-pound** wide receiver from **Grants, New Mexico**, listed as a **RS-So.** on New Mexico’s roster, which suggests a player with some developmental runway rather than a finished product. His appeal is the blend of *local familiarity*, added strength, and experience in the program, but publicly available results here don’t show enough recent game production to call him a proven impact target yet. If you need a depth receiver with upside, toughness, and a homegrown background, he’s interesting; if you need immediate proven production, the evidence is thinner.
