Little Rock’s all-time shot-maker and a historic perimeter threat
Alan Barksdale is a program legend for Little Rock, but his player profile is that of a pure, high-volume perimeter weapon: he still owns the Trojans’ records for career 3-pointers (255), season 3-pointers (95), and career 3-point percentage (.411), while also ranking among the Sun Belt’s all-time leaders from his 1997-2001 career. The fit question is simple—if a team needs a guard who can stretch defenses, punish closeouts, and thrive as a movement shooter, Barksdale is the archetype; the caution is that his value is shot-making first, not all-around floor control.
