Jaden Roberts-Thomas brings size, red-zone upside, and developmental intrigue to Southern Illinois
The 2025 season profile for Southern Illinois WR Jaden Roberts-Thomas is all about the frame and the ceiling: at 6-foot-4 and 211 pounds, he has the build to win contested catches and give the Salukis a bigger target on the perimeter. Southern Illinois lists him as a redshirt freshman from Champaign, Ill., and his background notes he was an all-conference prep receiver who also played quarterback, which usually signals good ball skills and spatial awareness. The big question is volume and consistency—he looks like a physically imposing fit if a team wants upside and versatility.
