Evan Sawyer gives Morehead State a proven passing backbone
Sawyer has been a productive, game-manager style quarterback for Morehead State, throwing for 1,369 yards with 11 touchdowns while completing 48.2% of his passes, which points to a downfield threat that can also be inconsistent at times. His biggest differentiator is his production volume and ability to stretch the field, highlighted by an 83-yard longest completion, making him a fit for teams that value experience, toughness, and a quarterback who can operate within structure rather than just chase highlight throws.
