Lucas Triplett brings versatility, but his Sacramento State impact has been modest
In the 2021 season, Lucas Triplett appeared in 11 games for Sacramento State as a wide receiver and special-teams contributor, catching 2 passes for 11 yards and even throwing a 7-yard touchdown pass at Idaho State, which hints at real gadget-value versatility. He also logged snaps on special teams and was used in a variety of ways across his Hornets career, but the available stat line suggests more of a depth/utility piece than a featured WR. If you want a multi-purpose, team-first player with some trick-play juice, he’s interesting; if you need a high-volume receiving threat, the production profile is light.
