Nakia Kincey brings disruptive guard defense to Southern
Kincey stands out as a gritty, high-motor guard whose calling card is defense and pressure—she has produced steals in multiple Southern performances, including six steals against Wiley College in the 2021 season, and has been profiled as a small but active backcourt piece at 5-foot-6. [2][5] What makes her interesting is the disruptive value she can add even without big scoring numbers: she can speed up opponents, create turnovers, and give a team an energy boost on both ends. [1][2] If you want a guard who competes hard and can change the pace, she’s a fit.
