steady Troy corner with veteran instincts and special-teams value
Jacquez Young is a senior cornerback for Troy who brings veteran reliability more than flash, with a listed build of 5-9, 182 and a history of contributing on special teams and in reserve duty. Troy’s roster notes show he logged six tackles, 1.0 tackle for loss, and two pass breakups in his junior season, which points to a compact, active defender who competes in tight spaces. The hook here is dependability: if your team needs a disciplined, experienced DB who does the little things and won’t blink on coverage snaps or kick coverage, he’s the kind of grinder coaches love.
