Experienced, Physical LB Competing for a Bigger Cajuns Role
Jordan Cordova enters the 2026 Louisiana roster as a redshirt junior linebacker at 6-0, 232 pounds, which gives the Cajuns a thicker, older body in the middle of the defense[2]. His standout selling points are sturdiness and experience rather than flash: he already has recorded tackles in prior seasons, and the profile suggests a dependable, in-the-box defender who can bring some pop on contact[4]. For a team, he looks like a fit if you want a reliable, physical linebacker with developmental upside and special-teams value.
