Veronica Ryan’s veteran guard savvy gives Nicholls a steady backcourt weapon
Veronica Ryan is a proven combo guard who brought elite pass-first production and efficient perimeter shooting to Nicholls, highlighted by her 2014-15 junior-college season of 8.2 points, 6.4 assists, a 3.0 assist-to-turnover ratio, and .444 three-point shooting. In the 2024-25 season, the clearest takeaway is fit and reliability: she profiles as the kind of calm, high-IQ guard who organizes offense, spaces the floor, and can swing momentum with smart decisions rather than highlight-chasing. If your team wants poise, experience, and a player who elevates structure, she’s a strong fit.
