Justin Weldon Brings Proven Punt Production and Field-Position Value to Sacramento State
Justin Weldon stands out as a specialist who can flip field position, with Sacramento State listing him as a punter and prior Hornets notes showing a school-record 78-yard punt and 19 punts of 50+ yards in 2013. That kind of leg strength matters because it can change hidden yards in tight games, especially if your team wants a reliable field-position weapon rather than just a volume-stat player. His appeal is less about flashy box-score numbers and more about drive-killing, momentum-shifting impact from the punting game.
