Marquis Johnson is emerging as a ball-hawking Alabama DB
Johnson’s calling card is **playmaking**: he leads DBs with **17 passes defended** and has added **24 tackles** and **1 interception**, showing he can disrupt throws and stay active around the ball. That kind of production suggests strong instincts, quick reactions, and the confidence to challenge receivers instead of playing passive coverage. If you want a defensive back who brings turnover potential and visible impact in coverage, he fits that profile well.
