From Standout JUCO Forward to Climbing College Coach
Troy Pierce, a former forward for the Charleston Southern Buccaneers after starring at Butler CC (54 wins, Jayhawk/Region VI titles, First Team All-Region), now thrives as Associate Head Coach at Jacksonville University in his fourth season under Jordan Mincy (hired 2022), bringing player development expertise from Bradley and UIS; his gritty leadership and championship pedigree make him a differentiator for building winning cultures—ideal for teams seeking intense, proven recruiters over pure player stats.
