veteran Montana State linebacker with legacy-Cats toughness
Isaac Gardner is a Montana State linebacker with a notable Bobcats pedigree, and that kind of program familiarity usually matters in the trenches. The reliable info available here shows him as a senior-era defender for MSU, but not enough current-season stat detail is surfaced, so the clearest takeaway is fit: he projects as the sort of tough, assignment-sound linebacker coaches like for physicality, communication, and special-teams value. If you want a high-IQ, hard-nosed Montana State style defender, Gardner is the kind of name to keep on the radar.
