Rutgers LB Sam Robinson: steady, smart, and still climbing
In the 2025 season, Sam Robinson played in 10 games for Rutgers and made 11 tackles with 0.5 tackles for loss, including a season-high four tackles in his first career start against Penn State; he also earned Academic All-Big Ten honors. The appeal here is the profile: a 6-foot-3, 222-pound linebacker with recruiting pedigree, a high football IQ, and enough spring-game buzz to suggest more impact is coming. If you want a dependable, physical developmental LB with upside and the kind of work ethic coaches love, Robinson fits the bill.
