Nasty, disruptive guard energy with proven veteran grit
Anthony Hickey Jr. is a feisty, defense-first guard who brings real ball-pressure, steal production, and steady playmaking to the floor; in his 2014-15 Oklahoma State season, he averaged 9.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, 3.4 assists, and 2.0 steals per game over 32 games. He’s valuable if a team needs an edge-of-the-seat competitor who can hound point guards, keep possessions alive, and make smart, low-drama plays. The big differentiator: he plays bigger than his frame, with a reputation for intensity and toughness that tends to show up when the game gets chippy.
