rangy Texas Tech edge defender with real special-teams value
Marquis Turner is listed by On3 as a Texas Tech linebacker/edge-type defender at 6-0, 210, and his value profile is built more on versatility and effort than on eye-popping box-score production. The main reason to care is fit: players with his frame and role can help on special teams immediately and develop into dependable depth if they bring speed, toughness, and consistency. Reliable public stat data for Marquis Turner’s current on-field impact is limited in the search results, so the safest read is that he looks like a developmental piece rather than a proven pass-rush anchor right now.
