veteran Coppin State guard with Philly toughness and steady floor presence
Taji Mott is a 6-foot-1 guard from Philadelphia whose value comes more from experience and steadiness than gaudy box-score splash. Coppin State lists him as a junior guard, and historical stats sources show he has been a rotation-level contributor rather than a headline-maker, which suggests a player who knows his role and can keep a team organized. If you need a tough, guard-spot stabilizer with local roots and a workmanlike edge, he fits the mold; if you need a high-usage shot-creator, he’s probably not that guy.
