Biaggio Ali Walsh brings local-star speed and big-play upside to UNLV's backfield
A speedy, highly decorated local product, Ali Walsh stands out for burst, open-field playmaking and familiarity with Tony Sanchez’s system, which gives him a fit-factor edge beyond raw stats. UNLV lists him as a fast running back who returned home, and ESPN’s current stat line shows limited usage so far, with 4 carries for 9 yards in the 2023 season, so the key question is upside rather than volume. He’s a good fit if you want an explosive, scheme-aware RB with upside, though he’s still more projection than proven production.
