Virginia Tech’s long, skilled post presence with a proven feel for the game
Christina Strother is a 6-2 center whose Virginia Tech profile emphasized interior scoring, passing, and even a reliable outside touch, plus a “passion for the game” that points to a high-motor teammate fit. In her Virginia Tech years, she was also noted as returning from a shoulder injury and arthroscopic surgery, so durability was part of her story as much as production. The takeaway: she projects as a smart, versatile post who can create rather than just finish—useful for a team wanting a skilled big, not just a banger in the paint.
