Tucker Vang brings walk-on grit and local-winning pedigree to Kansas
Vang is a Kansas walk-on guard whose value comes less from box-score flash and more from experience, toughness, and a multi-sport background that suggests competitiveness and versatility; at Goddard High, he averaged 16.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 2.5 assists as a senior and earned all-league honors, with KU listing him as a three-sport standout and ESPN recognizing him on the Jayhawks’ roster. He looks like a fit for a program that wants dependable depth, practice intensity, and a player who understands his role.
