FIU Linebacker With a Proven Defensive Pedigree
Mike Gulla is best known as a smart, physical linebacker whose background at FIU points to a defense-first profile rather than flash; the available FIU roster record notes him as a former defensive award winner in South Florida prep football and a Social & Behavioral Sciences major, which fits the mold of a high-IQ, disciplined player who can understand schemes and communicate well. Because the search results do not provide current FIU-season statistics or recent scouting reports, the safest read is that he profiles as a steady, system-friendly fit for teams valuing toughness, preparation, and reliability over raw measurables.
