Adam Surrey brings Kentucky speed and upside to Eastern Kentucky’s receiver room
Adam Surrey entered Eastern Kentucky as a 5-foot-11, 180-pound wide receiver from Highlands (Fort Thomas, Ky.), and his high school production was loud: in the 2024 season, he posted 58 catches for 960 yards and 7 receiving touchdowns, plus 10 total touchdowns. EKU’s roster lists him as a redshirt freshman/sophomore in 2026, but public college stat pages show no official game stats yet, so he looks more like an upside play than a proven production piece right now. The appeal is the separation ability, yards-after-catch potential, and local-prospect energy. If your team wants a polished, instinctive slot-style target with room to grow, he’s a worthwhile dart throw.
