Freshman Guard with High-Intensity Play and 7.2 PPG at Mount St. Mary's
Cassie Cooke, a freshman guard for the Mount St. Mary's Mountaineers, delivered a high-intensity 2009-10 season averaging 7.2 points and 3.2 rebounds in 17 appearances, including one start. Her differentiators include a fierce competitive personality, seamless transition from Winters Mill High School, and a clutch-first mindset that elevates team morale beyond raw stats. Though she has no injury history, her intensity level is elite, making her a perfect fit for teams needing energy and reliability. You should care because she’s a data-driven rising star with All-Canadian potential, as seen in her later CIS success at Cape Breton University[2][3][5].
