Proven, high-volume veteran DB with captain’s pedigree
Noel’s calling card is reliability and production: at Boston College in 2012, he played all 12 games, served as one of three team captains, and posted 37 tackles, 2 interceptions, 2 pass breakups, and a forced fumble. Earlier in his career, he was a physical playmaker at Robert Morris, where he became a four-time All-American and school-record holder for tackles, which points to strong instincts, toughness, and consistency. He looks like a fit for a team that values assignment soundness, competitive edge, and proven leadership in the secondary.
