Bulldog legend with game-breaking versatility
Chad Bumphis is the kind of Mississippi State playmaker who could tilt a game with yards after the catch, punt-return juice, and reliable hands; in the 2012 season he led MSU with 58 catches for 922 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns, and over his Bulldogs career he piled up 159 receptions for 2,270 yards and a school-record 24 receiving TDs. What makes him pop beyond the box score is his all-purpose threat profile and proven consistency, with catches in 36 of 37 games and big-game upside that kept him a featured target rather than just a volume receiver.
