Tulsa’s veteran WR with proven return-game juice and a low-drama, high-value profile
In his Tulsa career, Freeman Kelley has been more than a box-score blip: he has logged 2 receptions for 29 yards and added 571 kickoff return yards at a 21.1-yard average, which hints at real field-position value and trust with the staff[1][2]. His profile reads like a steady, versatile depth piece rather than a headline-grabber—useful if a team wants a reliable special-teams contributor and a smart, experienced receiver who can help without demanding touches[1][2].
