Catherine Larson is giving Georgetown a real midseason jolt in the circle
Larson has flashed strikeout stuff and poise for Georgetown in the 2026 season, including a complete-game shutout with 11 strikeouts against Iona and a BIG EAST Pitcher of the Week nod after a 1.37 ERA, 2-0 weekend against Drexel. She brings a calm-but-competitive starter’s mentality, attacks hitters with a low-to-mid-rotation profile, and has already proven she can carry a game when her command is on. The fit is obvious: if you want a pitcher who can miss bats, handle pressure, and give you upside beyond the box score, Larson is a very intriguing arm.
