Colton Lively brings old-school fullback grit and special-teams value to Pitt
Lively is a redshirt senior fullback at Pitt who has already carved out a reputation as a hard-nosed, team-first role player, contributing on special teams and as a reserve fullback. In his Pitt career, he has been valued less for volume stats than for physicality, versatility, and reliability in the dirty-work jobs that coaches trust. His Texas background also shows real two-way toughness: he was an all-district defender and fullback in high school with 73 tackles and 10 sacks as a senior. He fits best as a depth-and-utility piece for a physical, assignment-sound roster.
