Thornton Chandler appears to be a name mismatch, not an active SMU center
The available information does not support Thornton Chandler as a current 2026 SMU football center; the name matches a former NFL tight end, while SMU’s public 2026 football roster does not show him, so there’s no reliable current-performance case to evaluate. If you meant a different SMU lineman, that player could be assessed for fit, toughness, technique, and scheme value—but for Thornton Chandler specifically, the data says: wrong era, wrong position, wrong guy.
