Olivia Williams is Charlotte’s contact-first spark plug with a knack for big conference swings
In the 2025 season, Olivia Williams hit .279 with a .359 on-base percentage, 50 hits, 14 RBI, 9-for-9 in stolen bases, and 19 walks in 56 starts for Charlotte[3]. Her calling card is versatility and momentum-shifting play: she was named a weekly conference honoree after posting three multi-hit games in four contests and an eye-popping .571/.625/1.143 line in key wins, then kept delivering in pressure spots during Charlotte’s 2026 run[8][7]. She looks like a fit for teams that value speed, table-setting, and a scrappy, high-energy outfielder who can create chaos without needing the long ball[3][8].
