Samford DT Demarius Jackson: experienced interior anchor, but current 2026 production is hard to verify
Demarius Jackson is listed as a defensive tackle for Samford, but the available public info here does not show current 2026 stat-leader production or recent game logs, so the safest read is that he’s an interior depth/rotation piece rather than a clearly documented headline disruptor. The biggest differentiator is role: if he’s on the field, you’re likely getting a size-and-leverage body in the middle of the defense, where toughness and gap discipline matter more than flash. If a team wants a proven, publicly tracked difference-maker, the current data leaves some fog on the windshield.
