Beau Pauly brings veteran Bison toughness and scheme trust
Beau Pauly is a steady, physical linebacker who earned his way into North Dakota State’s defensive mix through consistency, not flash; in the 2019 season, he played in eight games and made 14 tackles, with a strong prep résumé as a two-time state champion and high-production defender. His differentiators are compact instincts, willingness to do the dirty work, and the kind of program-first mentality NDSU loves. He looks like a dependable fit for a defense that values discipline, tackling, and reliability over highlights.
