developmental Cal corner with size and upside
Will Scott profiles as a **young, developmental CB** for California whose value is more about projection than box-score production; Cal’s roster lists him as a defensive back at 6-foot-0 and 170 pounds, and available team materials indicate he did not see action in 2024, so the key question is whether his coverage tools and competitive edge translate into game snaps. For a team, he is interesting if you want a **longer-term cornerback bet** rather than an instant plug-and-play starter.
