Alabama DB profile points to a physical, ball-hawking back-end defender
Burnthall’s profile reads like a classic impact safety: in his prep senior year, he posted 63 tackles, 13 pass breakups, and 3 interceptions, with 2 pick-sixes, which hints at range, physicality, and playmaking instincts. He’s the kind of defensive back who can punish mistakes and bring energy on the back end, making him appealing if a team wants toughness and turnover upside. The catch: the available information is old and doesn’t show current-season college production, so this is more a projection based on his background than a live stat line.
