Adrian McCloud brings SEC-sized frame and underrated plug-the-gap potential to South Carolina State
McCloud is listed at 6-foot-4, 295 pounds, giving South Carolina State a long, heavy interior defender with true college-ready bulk and a frame that should translate well against the run. Current roster sources show him on the Bulldogs’ 2026 depth chart, while player bios identify him as a freshman from Clemmons, N.C., but there are no public game stats yet, so the appeal is projection: power, size, and developmental upside. If you want a trench body who can absorb contact and anchor early, he’s worth a look; if you need proven production right now, the sample is still thin.
