USC’s rangy linebacker with SEC-caliber physicality and upside
Jordan Campbell is a physical, high-upside linebacker for USC who arrived with four-star pedigree and top-200 recruiting buzz, and that kind of juice matters. In the 2026 preseason depth chart, he is listed behind Deven Bryant at linebacker, so the story right now is development and role growth rather than gaudy box-score production[14]. What makes him intriguing is the blend of size, pursuit speed, and recruiting profile—he was ranked among the top edge/linebacker prospects in the 2026 class and carried a reputation as a disruptive tackler in high school[11]. If your team wants a linebacker with ceiling, not just floor, Campbell is a pretty tasty bet.
