Ricky Davis brings size and DB versatility to New Mexico’s secondary
Ricky Davis is listed as a defensive back for New Mexico, but the available public results don’t clearly surface a current 2026 stat line, so the safer read is role-and-traits driven: he looks like a versatile, physical back-end piece rather than a flashy ball-hawking headline machine. For a team fit, the appeal is the combination of length, positional flexibility, and depth value in a secondary that needs dependable coverage and run support; the caveat is that more verified game-by-game production is needed before calling him a true difference-maker.
