Malik Holbert brings disruptive pass-rush juice and proven production off the edge
Malik Holbert is a high-motor defensive lineman whose best calling card is disruption: at Alcorn State in the 2019 season he led the team with 3.5 sacks, added 6.5 tackles for loss and 20 total tackles, and earned SWAC Defensive Player of the Week honors after becoming the first Brave to record three sacks in a game. His profile points to an aggressive, backfield-hunting DL who can win with intensity and timing; he also has multi-stop production across his college stops, including 40 tackles, 11 TFL and 3.5 sacks at Iowa Wesleyan in 2022.
