reliable pass-catching TE with proven game action for Jackson State
Kobe Gates is a proven in-game tight end who appeared in all 12 games for Jackson State in 2019, posting 10 catches for 120 yards and a long of 22 yards.[1] He has been described as a soft-handed pass catcher, which points to a usable receiving profile and dependable hands rather than a pure in-line mauler.[2] For a team, that makes him interesting as a steady, catch-and-finish TE who can contribute in the passing game and fit in a role built around reliability and quick trust.[1][2]
