promising local talent, but current college production is not yet documented
Reliable public sources in the search results do not show current New Mexico Lobos defensive stats or recent game logs for a cornerback named David Crockett, so there is no verified performance profile to judge his current fit. The only clearly related football information points to David Crockett High School in Tennessee, where the program has leaned on young talent and has had recent up-and-down results; if this is the same athlete, he would need further verification before being projected as an impact CB fit.
